Cancellations -

Please notify and confirm with me 48hrs before your appointment if you intend to cancel to allow me enough time to fill your spot.

If you do not notify me 48hrs before

- you will be charged 50% of your appointment and lose your deposit.

Should you give me enough notice to cancel, you will be given the option to reschedule.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDUABLE.

Rescheduling -

Please notify me 48hrs before your appointment if you intend to reschedule. You must confirm a new appointment with me before the notice period expires.

You will not have to put another deposit down.

Any time after the 48hr period - you will be charged 50% of your appointment and lose your deposit.

No Show -

If you do not notify me that you will not be attending your appointment - you will be charged 100% of your appointment. You may also be blocked from booking in the future.

Running late? You will be given a 10 minute grace period where possible. this is not possible for patch tests & consultations or any appointment 15 mins or less.

If you are any later than this your appointment may have to be cancelled

You will lose your deposit and be charged the full amount of your appointment.

I understand things happen & I will always do the upmost on my end if you are running late to try and accommodate.

Deposits

must be placed 48hrs prior to your appointment to avoid your session being automatically cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Patch Tests

are required to be completed a minimum of 48hrs prior to your appointment.

This is your responsibility, your treatment cannot go forward without a valid patch test and you will not be refunded your deposit.

Strictly no children are allowed to attend appointments in line with building regulations.
