do i need a patch test?
Yes, patch testing is required for all new clients before certain treatments, even if you've had the service elsewhere. Patch tests are valid for 6 months and are the clients responsibility to arrange.
can my deposit be refunded?
All deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if your appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
how much hair growth do i need for waxing?
A minimum of 1/4 inch (around 2 weeks of growth) is required. If the hair is too short, the treatment cannot be performed and the appointment fee will still apply.
do lash lifts hurt?
No. When performed correctly, a lash lift is comfortable and pain-free.
how do i reschedule, cancel or amend my appointment?
All appointments can be managed through Fresha. Changes must be made 48 hours before your appointment in line with Studio6ix policies. Appointments cannot be amended within 48 hours.
can i arrive with makeup on?
Please arrive makeup-free for all facial services. Makeup can interfere with results, especially for lash lifts.
